Users are issued individual logins and passwords—single company logins and passwords are not permitted.

CableLabs processes requests Monday through Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm, MST/MDT—holidays excluded—and will respond back to you within one (1) business day of your request.

Vendors & Suppliers

In order for accounts to be created, it is required that a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)—signed by a representative from your company—is on file with CableLabs.

Cable Operators

If you are an employee of a cable operator that is a CableLabs Member, your username and password will enable you to access CableLabs program and members information.
